How do I create my first practice plan?

Sign up for a free account, then go to Create Plan. Tell it your sport, session length, age group, and the vibe you're going for, and Sideline Pro builds a complete, age-appropriate session — warm-up, drills, games, and cool-down, timed to the minute and structured the way an experienced coach would plan it.

What information do I need to generate a plan?

Just the basics: sport, session duration, number of players, age group, and session vibe (competitive, fun, technical, etc.). You can also add focus areas and any notes to shape the session.

Pro users can save every plan and revisit them any time from the Plans section. You can also save individual drills to your custom drill library and build new plans from saved drills.

How does drill revision work?

Yes. Pro accounts can add up to 2 support staff by email. They keep their own free or Pro Sideline Pro account and toggle into your squad from theirs — no separate subscription needed to view your plans.

How do I add a support staff member?

Accepted Answer

From your account page, go to Support Staff and enter their email — they need a Sideline Pro account already, so ask them to sign up first if they don't have one. Once added, they'll see your squad as an option to switch into from their own account. You control their access and can remove them any time.

Can support staff edit plans?

Support staff have view-only access by default. They can see all your plans and drills but cannot create, edit, or delete anything.

How much does Pro cost?

Pro is $35/year and Ultra is $55/year — both are a single annual charge, not a monthly subscription (that works out to about $2.92/mo for Pro or $4.58/mo for Ultra, if you spread the cost out).

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel any time from your Sideline Pro account — go to Subscription and click Manage Subscription. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period — no pro-rated refunds, but you keep full access through the date you paid for.
