Sideline Pro ("the Service") is a product operated by Grounded Logic LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including coaches, administrators, and any other individuals who access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sideline Pro is an AI-powered sports practice planning platform that helps coaches create, save, and manage practice plans. The Service includes AI-generated practice plans, drill libraries, visual diagrams, and coaching tools for youth and adult sports programs.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to update your information as needed.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Sideline Pro offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. The Pro plan is billed annually at the rate displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. AI-Generated Content

Practice plans, drills, and coaching suggestions generated by Sideline Pro are produced by artificial intelligence and are intended as a starting point for coaches. They do not constitute professional coaching advice. You are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any generated content for your players and ensuring activities are age-appropriate and safe.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of others; (c) transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; or (e) interfere with the operation of the Service or other users' access to it.

7. Intellectual Property

The Sideline Pro name, logo, and all software, designs, and content created by us are owned by or licensed to Sideline Pro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Practice plans you generate using the Service are yours to use for your coaching activities. We do not claim ownership of content you create.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed by a qualified coach before use with players.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sideline Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
