1. Who we are

Sideline Pro ("we", "us", "our") is a practice planning tool for sports coaches, operated by Grounded Logic LLC. Our website is sidelinepro.ai.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to provide the service:

Account information — your name and email address when you sign up or sign in with Google.
Practice plans and drills — the content you create and save within the app.
Subscription data — billing status managed through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
Usage data — basic logs (e.g. errors, page visits) to help us keep the service running.

3. How we use your data

To provide and operate the Sideline Pro service
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
To process payments via Stripe
To improve the app based on usage patterns

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate Sideline Pro:

Supabase — authentication and database hosting
Stripe — payment processing
Resend — transactional email delivery
Vercel — application hosting
AI model providers — we currently use Anthropic to generate practice plan and drill content, and may also use other AI providers (such as OpenAI or Google) for some features, including diagram/image generation.

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. Content you enter (practice plan details, drill descriptions) may be sent to our AI provider(s) to generate AI responses.

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is removed from our systems within 30 days. Stripe may retain billing records as required by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your account and data
Export your data

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
